Two in-person conferences each year with the entire Fireproof community Each Summit is two+ days long. These meetings connect you with a network of law firms who are dedicated to helping each other grow. The location is Detroit in the Spring and Scottsdale, AZ in the Fall.

A 6-8-hour meeting that occurs every ninety days to review and update your firm’s Short, Mid, and Long-Term Plans. At each quarterly we will check the health and operations of your firm, and to discuss all significant issues or opportunities.

Weekly Meetings
A 90-minute meeting that occurs weekly to review your data and your quarterly goals, to provide staffing and firm updates to all members of the leadership team, to discuss any issues or opportunities, and to identify any actionable items that must occur in the next week to give the firm clarity, alignment, and accountability.
