Our team, made up of certified FIREPROOF Business Coaches, will walk you and your team through a series of meetings and exercises that guide you in developing a clear Mission and Vision, setting goals, and installing/implementing/creating an accountability system.
Your certified FIREPROOF Business Coach will guide your process, holding your team’s hand as you traverse the work of building your firm/business/company into a well-oiled and profitable machine! This starts with a Discovery Session we use to discuss progress and develop an action plan according to the level you’ve chosen, as well as the stability of your EOS foundation.
